Upgrading an area of forecourt in 10mm carpave

Last week, we upgraded an area of the forecourt at John Will Motors, West Nethertown Street, Dunfermline, in machine laid 10mm carpave.

The area, where cars are displayed for sale, was finished in pink chips which were prone to escaping and needed constant sweeping up. To prepare, we removed the chips, then added a layer of road planings to bring the level up and shape the area. Then we brought our Vogele 1303 in with a full squad and surfaced the area in 10mm carpave, which gives a smooth and durable finish.
